Introduction

this is great served over brown rice or whole grain pasta this is great served over brown rice or whole grain pasta
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
    2 can stewed tomatos, no salt added
    2 cans of cut green beans, rinsed (or you can use the low sodium kind
    salt and pepper to taste or mrs. dash


Directions

cook turkey over medium high heat breaking it up small and seasoning with salt and pepper as it cooks. Crush the tomatos (with a fork or by hand) and add to the turkey, bring to a boil then turn down and simmer for 10 min. Stir in green beans and simmer for another 3-5 min. or until green beans are heated.

spoon over the top of brown rice or your favorite whole grain pasta (rice/pasta not included in nutritional info)
