Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup non-fat sour cream (or plain yogurt).
    1/4 cup green onion, chopped (not on ingredient list).
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dill (could use fresh).
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 cups diced cucumber

Directions

1. combine dressing ingredients in salad bowl.
2. Add cucmbers to dressing and mix well.

Best if eaten within 24 hours.
