Crunchy Broccoli Romaine Salad

I got this recipe from a friend who brought it to a picnic. Original recipe called for more oil and 1 1/2 c of sugar. Too much for me, but this lighter version is just as good. Ingredients

1/4 c Cider Vinegar
1/4 c Olive Oil
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 c fresh carrots julienned
6 inner leaves Romaine Lettuce
1/3 c walnuts
16 tsp Splenda
1 tbsp butter
1 pkg Ramen Noodles crushed
Directions
Chop broccoli and romaine lettuce. Slice carrots into thin strips and mix with broccoli and lettuce.
Mix oil, vinegar, splenda together and blend well.
Crumble ramen noodles and mix with walnuts. Heat saute pan on med heat. Melt butter and add noodles and walnuts. Cook until noodles slightly brown. Pour into bowl and let cool to room temperature.
Sprinkle on top of salad mixture, pour dressing over everything and toss.
