Introduction
This one is my family favorite. Rich with flavor. You can add more vegetable like carrots, green beans, sweet corn ,etc. Choose the colorful once and make its look more yummy! Ingredients

50 Grams Ground Pork
2 Onions Medium, Dice
1 Tomato Red, Dice
3 Cloves Garlic, chop
3 Hot chili peppers, chop
2 Spring Onion, chop
2 Tbs Ketchup
1 Tbs Chili Sauce
1 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 Fried Eggs
Directions
In a hot wok over medium-high heat, add about 1 tbs oil. Quickly stir-fry the pork with the garlic and chili until almost done.
Add the onion and tomatoes stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
Add Ketchup, Chili sauce and soy sauce. Mix well. when all cooked, add the spring onion.
Serve on fried eggs.
