Introduction

This is a great warm dish, I like to serve it beside chicken or steak.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Slice Med. Eggplant into thin slices
    2 Cups of mushrooms Cubed
    Slice Med. green bell pepper

    Heat 0.5 tbsp of olive oil in skillet

    3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

    1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

    dash salt and italian seasoning

Directions

Sprinkle italian seasoning over eggplant slices and place in skillet, When golden flip over.

Replace the eggplant slices and place mushrooms in skillet add the sauce and balsamic vinegar.

Thrown the pepper slices in skillet then add back in the eggplant. Add salt if needed.

Serve warm
