1 Large Baking Potato
1 Tbl Olive Oil
2 Tbl Lawry's Season Salt
Wash and scrub potato
Cut in half lengthwise
Lay flat side down and slice 1/4 inch thick slices long ways
Toss slices in bowl with olive oil and seasoning salt
Lay slices on a baking sheet and back approximately 30 mins at 350 until light brown or soft when you touch them.
Spray cookie sheet with Pam Light
Lay slices and sprinkle with seasoning salt
