Pasta salad with Tomatoes, black beans and corn
Submitted by: LAURA2BZIntroduction
This is something I just threw together one day. It was such a hit, I added it to my family's favorites. We sometimes add chicken and make it a main dish. It is a great dish to take to a pot luck too! This is something I just threw together one day. It was such a hit, I added it to my family's favorites. This was the perfect recipe for the tomatoes and corn on the cob I bought at the farmers market. I didn't use cherry tomatoes because I think that they would take away from the rustic taste. Also, I used homemade tomato sauce so that it would be chunkier. Very easy to customize and so easy!!! - 9/20/08
