Everything Nice Salmon

Introduction

Sugar and spice and everything nice! Sugar and spice and everything nice!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 salmon filets (3.5 oz each)
    1 tsp olive oil
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1/2 tsp curry powder

Directions

Preheat outdoor or indoor grill or oven broiler. Drizzle oil over salmon fillets. In a cup, combine brown sugar and curry powder; spread mixture evenly over salmon. Grill/broil fillets for 12 to 14 minutes, until tops are browned and salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork. Makes 4 (3.5 oz) servings.
