2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded. 1.5 c of macaroni 2 tbs butter 1 cup milk 2 tbs flour salt/pepper
cook your macaroni. in a glass bowl, whisk together the milk, flour, salt and pepper until blended. Add butter and cheese and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Whisk then microwave for 5 more minutes. Drain pasta and mix with cheese mixture for a creamy mac and cheese.
