Yummy Simple Salad

Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 large whole (3" dia)
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, grated
    Celery, raw, .75 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, .5 oz
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    Cider Vinegar, 4 tbsp
    Canola Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Salt to taste

Directions

Wash and chop all veggies up and put in a bowl.
Mix Oil, vinegar, garlic powder, salt (to taste) and onion powder in a small cup.
Add sunflower seeds and cheese to veggies and mix well. Then pour oil/vinegar dressing and mix well.
