Green Bean and Chicken Casserole




Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can cream of chicken soup 98% fat free
    1/4 cup 1% milk
    1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing crumbs
    1/4 cup lite butter, melted
    1 lb chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
    2 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed
    1/8 cup finely chopped celery
    1 tablespoon chopped onions
    1/3 cup hot chicken broth

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 11x7-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix soup and milk until well blended.
Cook celery and onions in butter until tender. Add mixture to stuffing, stirring lightly while adding broth.
In baking dish, layer chicken, green beans, soup mixture, and stuffing mixture.
Bake uncovered about 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and mixture is hot and bubbly.
