Basic Pizza Soup

Introduction

I crave pizza occasionally. What I don't crave is all the fat, calories and carbs it packs. Sometimes I just have to have that flavor! Tomato-y, cheese-y, pepperoni-y goodness! Here's a more healthful way to curb the crave. And it's 2 servings of veggies.
I crave pizza occasionally. What I don't crave is all the fat, calories and carbs it packs. Sometimes I just have to have that flavor! Tomato-y, cheese-y, pepperoni-y goodness! Here's a more healthful way to curb the crave. And it's 2 servings of veggies.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 c. V8 Low Sodium Vegetable Juice
    1/2 c. Skim Milk
    4 slices Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
    1/2 tsp. Basil
    1/4 tsp. Oregano
    Garlic Powder & Black Pepper to taste
    1 tsp Fat Free Parmesan Cheese Topping

Directions

Pour V8 juice & Milk into a microwave-safe bowl or soup mug.
Slice Turkey Pepperoni into small pieces and add to bowl or mug.
Add Basil, Oregano, Garlic & Black Pepper.
Warm in microwave until desired temperature. (I don't like my soup too hot.)
Sprinkle Cheese Topping and stir.
