3- 15oz cans Pinto Beans
12 oz water
3 Tbsp Smart balance light vegan
3 Tbsp unbleached white flour
You might be able to use less butter and flour. Just make sure it thickens to your liking.
Melt butter in a coffee cup add flour. Add some water to the flour and butter mixture. Add the mixture to beans. It will thicken and then it is done.
