Tahini Free Hummus

Introduction

This is a nice and easy hummus dip. I've been asked to make this few times. Contains no olive oil and no tahini. This is a nice and easy hummus dip. I've been asked to make this few times. Contains no olive oil and no tahini.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 16oz can Chickpeas (do not drain in sink)
    1clove of garlic
    1/2 cup seasme seeds
    3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
    caynne pepper to taste
    black pepper to taste
    dried parsley to taste

Directions

1) Put garlic, seasme seeds, and chickpea juice in blender. blend until smooth.

2) Add chickpeas and lemon juice. blend until creamy

3) add parsley, black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste blending to mix.

Server with pita bread.
