IntroductionA quick way to make a tasty snack. A quick way to make a tasty snack.
6 oz of frozen artichoke hearts (I use Trader Joes brand)
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs, seasoned as you wish.
1 oz of shredded romano cheese
1/8th cup of extra vurgin olive oil.
NOTE: all amounts estimated, as in all Italian cooking, measure with your feelings.
2. cut top off of frozen artichoke bag, mix in oil , cheese and bread crumbs and shake after closing
3. (mix in bowl or cooking dish other wise : )
4. place in oven. Cook until lightly browned.
Add in chopped black olives or peppers for a different taste.
