  • Fantastic with fish!!! I made this with orange marmalade over catfish that was grilled in cedar paper- DELICIOUS!!! I used it as a marinade for grilled chicken breast and it was not so fantastic... however, with a white fish, it's devine! - 8/31/10

  • SO INCREDIBLE! We used orange marmalade (that we made and canned from the oranges off of our tree last season) instead of the pineapple preserves. Everything else we did the same as in the recipe. We all loved it! It is definitely going to be a go-to recipe for our family!

    Thanks for sharing! - 8/18/10

  • This was so yummy! I made pineapple preserves from crushed pineapple and a little sugar since I couldn't find any in stores. I made it last week and Boyfriend asked me to add it to this weeks meal plan 'cause he wanted more! - 2/27/10

  • I like this very much. It was easy and the topping did not over power the fish. Will make again for sure. - 11/12/07
