Introduction

Turkey burgers with a kick and added fiber Turkey burgers with a kick and added fiber
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey meat raw
    2/3 cup black beans
    1large egg
    1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon ground cumi
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

In meduim bowl mash the beans to a chunky texture. Stir in egg, chili powder, cumin and salt until well blended. Add the gournd turkey and mix then mold into patties. Divide into 4 patties
