2 pkgs fat free cream cheese, 6 or 8 oz bricks, softened 1 can salmon, drained and bones/skin removed 1 tbsp liquid smoke
Take and put 2 pkgs softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Add contents of 1 can of salmon that bones and skin has been picked out of to cream cheese. Mix together until throughly mixed. Add liquid smoke and mix in again. Chill in frig to let flavors mix. I serve this mix with crackers or sometimes veggies. 1 tbsp per serving size. Appx. 65 servings.
