Lentil Soup

Ingredients

    1 Carrots
    1 Celery
    3 Garlic
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    1 small Onions
    2 cup Lentils
    6 cups Water
    2 tsp Chicken bouillon concentrate Knorr
    1 tsp basil
    1 tsp oregano
    765 grams crushed tomato
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp parsley
    1/4 tsp salt
    dash back pepper

Directions

In food processor chop all the vegetables add to pot with oil. Add rest of ingredients.

Serves: 7 (8 oz size )
