Ingredients



    * Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 3 medium (remove)
    * Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 3 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) (remove)
    * Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    * Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Dill weed, fresh, .25 cup sprigs (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    * *McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup (remove)
    3 cups of water add more if needed
    pepper
    2 tsp basil
