I got this recipe from another source but added a few extra's to the recipe.One thing I added that this site didn't have for an ingredient was Mariani Dried Pineapple. Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 Egg
    1 Egg White
    1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar
    1/4 cup Canola Oil
    1 cup White all purpose flour
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2 cups Kashi Mountain Medley Granola Cereal
    1 oz Flax Seed
    1/2 cup Mariani Dried Pineapple
    1/2 cup Ocean Spray Craisins-Cherry Flavor
    1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
    2 cups Mini Marshmallows

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Blend egg, egg white, sugar, and oil with electric beaters until blended. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly beat dry ingredients into wet ingredients until fully blended. Mix in granola, flax seed, dried pineapple, craisins, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallow.
3. Spoon mixture in a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until fully set. Let cool on wire rack before slicing. Slice into 24 squares.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
You can use any granola or dried fruit that you like.
