Beef Stroganoff

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3 cups Whole Wheat Extra Wide Pasta
    1/2 lb. Beef, Ground, 96% Lean
    1/2 cup Onions, diced
    3 cloves Garlic, minced
    1 tsp. Thyme, ground
    1/4 tsp. Pepper, black
    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 tbsp. Fat Free Sour Cream

Directions

1. Cook pasta as directed on package.

2. While pasta is cooking, brown beef, onions, and garlic with spices over medium heat until thoroughly cooked.

3. Once browned, drain and stir in the can of cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.

4. Turn onto low and simmer until pasta is cooked.

5. Pour pasta onto a plate, and top with the meat mixture (or combine and serve).
