Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 heads of garlic
    2 bulbs fennel, sliced
    1 shallot, chopped
    15ml (1 tbsp) olive oil

Directions

Seperate the garlic bulbs and trim. Have a large piece of foil ready and place the garlic bulbs in this with the sliced fennel.

Add the chopped shallot and pour over the oil.

Wrap in a parcel and roast in the oven at 180C (350F) mark 4 for 30 minutes

Serves 6 with grilled fish or meat
