Barbeque Pork

Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, roast 12 oz.
    2 t. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 T. flour
    onion powder
    2 cup tomato, crushed
    1 T. Dry Mustard
    4 T. Brown Sugar
    2 T. vinegar
    1/2 c Catsup
    1 T. Soy Sauce

Directions

I use leftover pork roast, 12 oz.
Put all ingredients in pan and simmer for 2 hours.
