1/2 Cup Plain, Light, Soy Milk
1/2 Small Banana
1/2 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
2 Frozen, Unsweetened Strawberries (this acts as your ice and will help to thicken smoothie. Add more if desired)
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
