Introduction

I like this for my mid morning snack in place of regular yogurt for a change. I like this for my mid morning snack in place of regular yogurt for a change.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Plain, Light, Soy Milk
    1/2 Small Banana
    1/2 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
    2 Frozen, Unsweetened Strawberries (this acts as your ice and will help to thicken smoothie. Add more if desired)
    1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency. Add more soy milk or water if too thick for taste. Enjoy!
