Turkey Dumpling Bake

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 pkg mixed vegetalbes
    1 recipe whole wheat thin crust pizza dough - prepared according to directions

Directions

Prepare Pizza dough and set to rise.

Brown the ground turkey. Add the mixed frozen vegetables and spices as you desire.

After the pizza dough has risen, roll out according to recipe directions. cut into 8 (or 16) equal pieces.

Evenly divide the turkey and vegetable mixture among your pizza dough pieces. Roll and seal the dough around the meat mixture.

Spray an 8x10 baking pan with pam. Lay the pizza dough packets in the bottom of the pan.

Spoon the soups over the dough packets. Spread evenly, but carefully, over the packets. pour the chicken broth over the soups

Bake in a pre-heated 350 oven for 30 minutes.
