Lemon Dill Sauce

Introduction

This was inspired by a sauce that was discontinued.. so i had to try and make it because I just can't get my husband to eat fish without it! It's also very good on chicken. I highly recommend it with rice too. When I first tried to make it.. I used so many ingredients and I didn't measure. It turned out awesome! So I remade it with less ingredients and measured it this time! Ingredients

    6Tbs. Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
    1Tbs. Lemon Juice
    1.5 tsp. dried dill
    0.5 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. honey
    0.5 Tbs. mustard
    1.5 Tbs. cider vinegar
    2.5 tsp. sugar
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of garlic

Directions

Well.. basically, you mix all the ingredients together! Keep refrigerated. It's best if you make a day ahead to let the dill really come out.
I put this as 4 servings.. but that's if you only want a Tbs. or 2 on your food. I use ALOT more.. because I mix it with my rice. So it usually can serve just 2 in that case :-)
