This recipe is some of the best manicotti I've had!

Ingredients

Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 32 oz
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Del Monte Traditional Spaghetti Sauce, 3 cup
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 10 oz
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 5 oz
Barilla Manicotti, 4.5 serving
Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
4 cloves garic (not included in nutritional values)

Directions
Cook pasta according to instructions, drain and rinse.
Preheat oven to 350F. In medium mixing bowl, combine 8oz mozzarella cheese, 4oz Parmesan, all spinach, garlic, eggs, ricotta, oregano, and basil. Mix well.
Lightly grease 13x9 baking dish. Spoon the cheese mix into the pasta shells and place them side by side in the dish.
Spread the spaghetti sauce evenly over the shells. Sprinkle the remaining 2oz mozzarella over the sauce. bake for 50min.
