Steak Stir Fry

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    66 grams of celery
    90 grams of green pepper
    55 grams of onions
    1 tbsp of olive oil
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    5.2 oz beef steak sliced into bite size pieces
    (fat removed)

Directions

Heat olive oil.
Cook steak strips for 2 minutes.
Slice all veggies and add to steak.
Cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve with pasta or rice.
(I like to make spaghetti with tomato sauce and top it with this!! Delicious!!!)
