Ingredients

2 large tomatoes
1/2 sweet onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1 loaf Italian bread
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp parsley
Directions
combine all ingredients into a bowl, let sit in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Bake bread at 400 for 10 minutes or until golden.
