Carrot Soup

Ingredients

    1 jar pureed carrots (135 g)
    3 cups shredded carrots
    1/3 leek finely sliced
    1 tbsp butter
    3 cups vegetable broth
    1 tbsp corn starch
    1/2 cup half and half
    salt
    white pepper

Directions

Sautee shredded carrots and leek in butter. Add pureed carrots and broth. Bring to boil. Add corn starch and half and half. Salt and white pepper to taste.
