1 cup beer
3/4 cup A.1. Steak Sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1Â½ lbs round steak, cut into Â½-inch strips
3 small red or green bell peppers, cut into 1 in pieces
1 tsp cornstarch
Remove steak from marinade; reserve marinade. Thread seak pepper pieces alternately onto 6 skewers. In small saucepan, heat reserved marinade and cornstarch to a boil. Grill or broil kabobs, 4 inches from heat source, for 26 minutes or until well done turning and brushing often with marinade. Heat remaining marinade to a boil; serve with kabobs
