Ingredients

    1 tsp each: dried thyme, oregano and basil
    ½ trsp each: garlic powder and onion powder
    ¼ tsp black pepper
    2 Tbsp peanut oil
    ¾ lb (about 2 cups) whole blanched almonds


Directions

In small bowl combine seasonings. In large skillet, heat oil over low heat; add almonds adn seasonings and cook slowly stirring until almonds are lightly browned, approximately 10 minutes. Place mixture on paper towels to absorb excess oil.Can be served immediately or at room temp.
Makes 2 cups
