Atlantic Salmon (fish), 1 fillet (remove)
*Lucerne Plain Fat Free Yogurt, 6 oz (remove)
Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp/ 1/4 cup (remove)
Parsley, 1/4 cup (remove)
Garlic, minced, 2 cloves (remove)
*Lemon Juice, .125 cup/ 2 tbsp (remove)
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Paprika, 1 tsp (remove)
Ground cumin, 1 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Meanwhile, preheat grill to medium-high.
Oil the grill rack (see Tip). Remove the salmon from the marinade, blotting any excess. Grill the salmon until browned and opaque in the center, 4 to 6 minutes per side. To serve, top each piece with a dollop of the reserved sauce and garnish with lemon wedges.
You can also bake in the oven at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes
