20 frozen Chicken Tenders
or 5 chicken breasts (approx. 3 lbs.)
2 cups Salsa or 1 can seasoned diced tomatoes
1 can chili beans
1 can Sweet Corn, drained
Cook on high for 4-5 hours. Stir.
Don't forget to add nutritional info if you serve over rice or wrap in flour tortillas & top with shredded cheese, because they are not included in this nutritional info.
One serving is 1/2 a breast or 2 large chicken tenders.
