10oz Barilla Plus Rotini
1 Yellow Squash or Zucchini
2 Heads Broccoli
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Red Pepper
1 Cup Part Skim Ricotta
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Cook Vegetables in olive oil over medium heat until tender
Add milk and Ricotta to Vegetable Mixture
Serve vegetables over pasta

It is per serving but one serving is very hearty.

quarter cup of milk. It is in the calorie count but I forgot to add it to the recipe directions. Hope you enjoy.
