This is a quick and tasty salad that you can make for one person, or you can multiply the ingredients to make additional servings. This is a quick and tasty salad that you can make for one person, or you can multiply the ingredients to make additional servings.

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup Romaine Lettuce
    2 Tbsp Sliced Black Olives
    3 Peppercinis
    8 Grape Tomatoes
    1.5 Tbsp Baco-Bits
    1/2 Large Hard Boiled Egg
    2 Tbsp Sun Dried Tomato Vinegarette



Directions

Cut all veggies according to preference. Toss salad ingredients together in bowl. Plate, service, and enjoy. This is a single service salad, but you could double/triple the ingredients, etc to make a larger family salad.
