Ingredients

    2 slices whole wheat bread, low calorie
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp honey
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    a few quick sprays of Pam cooking spray (could not find this ingredient in recipe calculator)

Directions

Spray a frying pan lightly with cooking spray. Heat it over medium heat. In a plate, pour 1/4 cup of egg substitute and mix in cinnamon. Place one slice of bread in mixture and then flip, coating both sides of bread. Place bread in pan and flip over only after a few seconds to keep it from sticking. Do this again to keep the other side from sticking. Then, let the bread cook until it is lightly golden on both sides. Remove from pan and place on a plate. Drizzle one tsp of honey on top and then top with 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice. Repeat process with the second slice. When it has cooked, place it on top of the first slice and top it as previously stated.

This recipe serves one.
