Chicken Ranch Baked Potato

Wonderful low calorie-filling meal Wonderful low calorie-filling meal
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 broiled chicken breasts-cut up
    1 large baked potato with skin(baked)-cut in half
    1 envelope hidden valley dry ranch dressing
    1 cup lowfat buttermilk
    10 oz package frozen brocolli
    .5 cup lowfat cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook Brocolli and drain. Mix ranch dressing mix with buttermilk and mix with brocolli. Place on top of 2 halves of baked potato. Cover each half potato with cut up chicken and top with shredded lowfat cheddar cheese. Bake in oven (dish covered with aluminum foil)for 20 minutes or until hot or in Microwave for 3 minutes . Delicious!!!
