Salmon Patties

Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 Can Chicken Of The Sea Pink Salmon 14.75 ozs.

    1/4 Cup green onion chopped

    .75 cup dry bread crumbs

    .325 Cup green pepper chopped

    7 inch stalk of celery chopped

    1 clove garlic

    1.5 Tbs. dijon mustard

    2 eggs beaten

    Dash of Salt and pepper

Directions

Drain juice from Salmon. Put in medium bowl.

Saute onion, green pepper, celery & garlic until soft.

Beat eggs and add bread crumbs, dijon mustard. and salt & pepper. Add to Salmon mixture.

Make into 7 patties. Fry in pan sprayed with pam about 4 to 5 min. each side.

Enjoy.
