Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 57 grams
    Cucumber (with peel), 14 grams
    Radish, Fresh, 3 oz
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 114 grams
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 57 grams
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 4 oz
    Beans, pinto, 235 grams

Directions
