Introduction

A quick and delicious lomein recipe I adopted from Betty Crocker and made my own! A quick and delicious lomein recipe I adopted from Betty Crocker and made my own!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into strips
    2 packages of Chicken flavored ramen noodles with seasoning
    1/2 C. chopped onion (or to taste)
    1 Large red bell pepper cut into slices
    1 C. Water
    1/2 C. Soy sauce
    Pam spray to coat pan

Directions

Serves 4
In a large skillet or wok, brown chicken strips. Add water, pepper, onion, noodles, soy sauce and seasoning packets to skillet. Cover and cook to a boil. Simmer for 3-5 minutes. Serve
