A tangy and creamy honey mustard dressing--2 TBSP per serving A tangy and creamy honey mustard dressing--2 TBSP per serving

    1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
    1 TBSP soy sauce
    1.5 TBSP dijion mustard
    1.5 TBSP honey
    3 TBSP non fat, plain Greek Yogurt
    1.5 TBSP olive oil


Wisk everything together.

1 serving is 2 TBSP--makes 6 servings.

Leftover dressing can be store in the refrigerator for a week.

    Delicious! I made this with regular plain yogurt since it's what I had on hand and it turned out wonderfully. I like that I really don't need to use a whole lot of it to give the salad a good flavor. Thanks for posting it. I will definitely be making it again. - 4/18/10
