1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c. quick-cook oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c. milk
Optional: 1/2 c. blueberries, diced banana, apples, or raisins
Beat all ingredients (except the optional) by hand with a spoon. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with optional fruit.
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm with milk.
Makes 4 1-cup servings.
