Ingredients

3 Cups of Chicken Broth
1 10 Ounce Package of Frozen Chopped Broccoli
1 Cup of Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
2 Ounces of Velveeta Light
Directions
Pour chicken broth in pot and bring to a boil. Add broccoli and potatoes. Cook until done. Cut Velveeta into small pieces and add to soup. Stir until melted. This makes 4 1 cup servings.
