Shrimp Scampi

Introduction

This is a quick, tasty favorite in our house with lots of flavor! This is a quick, tasty favorite in our house with lots of flavor!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb fresh shrimp, cleaned, raw
    5 tbs of margarine, melted (I use Country Crock)
    2-3 tsp of minced garlic (depending on your preference for garlic!)
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp of Oregano
    1/4 cup of parsley (optional)
    1/4 cup of dry white wine
    Dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs


Directions

Lay shrimp (with or without tail, your preference) om a 8x8 Pyrex dish. Add salt, pepper, parsley and oregano. Covered with bread crumbs. In a small bowl, add garlic to warm melted butter and stir well. Pour mixture over shrimp. Sash with Worcestershire sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve immediately alone for an appetizer or over pasta for a hearty dinner!
