Pumpkin bread

Ingredients

    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .75 cup
    Water, tap, .5 cup
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 3 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
    Salt, 1.25 tsp
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, .5 tsp
    Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 2.25 Tbspn

Directions

This is a recipe for a 1.5 loaf in a bread machine. Put the ingredients in per instructions for your machine. It is usually moist, then dry, then yeast. I set my machine for sweet bread and light crust. The time will vary, depending on size of loaf, color of crust and type of setting you choose. This tastes real good served warm with butter and cinnamon/sugar sprinkled on it.

It should cut nicely into 12 slices, when cooled.
