Introduction

I got this from TopSecretRecipes.com, and I lightened it up a bit. The restaurant version is my favorite apple salad. I got this from TopSecretRecipes.com, and I lightened it up a bit. The restaurant version is my favorite apple salad.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    .5 cup fat free sour cream
    .5 cup fat free mayo
    .25 cup granulated sugar
    1.5 tsp fresh lemon juice
    1 granny smith apple, diced into bite sized pieces
    1 gala or fuji apple, diced into bite sized pieces
    .5 cup dried cranberries
    .33 cup chopped pecans
    .25 cup minced celery

Directions

1. Combine sour cream, mayo, sugar, and lemon juice in medium bowl and whisk until sugar has dissolved.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for 3-4 hours before serving.


Makes 1 quart, or 6- 2/3 cup servings.
