    Baby Carrots, raw, 1 medium, cut in 2 or 3s
    Pork Tenderloin, 3 oz , in small pieces
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) , in moons
    Celery, 1 Cup, in dice
    Chicken or beef broth (99% FF), 4 Cups
