Introduction

I often use leftovers as a hot pork type sandwich. Very time saving. I often use leftovers as a hot pork type sandwich. Very time saving.

Ingredients

    !# piece of lean cut pork
    1 can of sauerkraut ( drained )
    1 cup applesauce
    water to cover meat

Directions

Add all ingregredients and cover with water. Cover, and cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours, or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
